Why your feedback matters

Customer feedback has always underpinned everything we do at Cavendish – whether it’s from a buyer or a seller, their opinion is really invaluable. We want to do the best job we can and that means it’s not a one size fits all approach. Getting feedback from the initial outset is equally as important to us as the testimonial on completion of a sale.

For us, it’s personal. We take the time to get to know all our customers – both buyers and sellers alike –  and likewise they get to know us.  It’s this customer relationship that really makes for a great service with great results. Nothing highlights this more than a recent property sale in Holywell, Flintshire  which sold on the first day of marketing due to our knowledge of the requirements of potential purchasers on our database. Taking the time to get to know potential buyers and what they are looking for means that we are way ahead of the game when a property comes to the market.
