We are looking to recruit a Trainee Property Lister / Valuer to join our successful Sales teams in our Mold & Ruthin offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop whilst working alongside a team with a wealth of property knowledge. Full training will be provided to ensure you are able to succeed within the role.
You will learn all aspects of the property buying/selling process, starting with the Sales Negotiator role. You will then hit the road with our property Valuers where you will receive full training on how to carry out property listings and eventually market appraisals.
Key tasks
Whilst in training
- Work alongside out Sales Negotiators in order to understand the property buying / selling process in full
- Arrange viewings & market appraisals
- Take, report & negotiate formal offers through to acceptance
- Shadow Valuers on market appraisals & property listing appointments
On completion of training
- Produce high quality listings with full floor plans, descriptions, photographs and virtual tours
- Visit properties and carry out market appraisals, providing accurate and competitive valuations
- Successfully convert market appraisals into instructions for the business
- Build and develop strong relationships with vendors
- Ensure all legal requirements are checked

- Confident and outgoing personality
- Have a keen and creative eye for detail
- Self-motivated, positive and have desire to achieve results
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure when work load demands
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance appropriate to the role
- Driving Licence and own vehicle essential
- Knowledge of Estate Agency compliance regulations and legislation are an advantage
