David Wynne joined Cavendish in 2003 following a successful career with two corporate estate agents, starting in Mold in 1987 as a trainee after finishing higher education.
He later progressed to managing branches along the North Wales coast, before returning to Mold as the principal valuer for Cavendish. David brings a wealth of experience to the team and has thrived on the success of our Mold office, which has become a leading agent in the area.
He was made a partner of the firm in 2005 and is a qualified member of the NAEA.
Outside of work, David enjoys a very active social life with family and friends and can often be seen cycling around the lanes and hilltops of the Vale of Clwyd. He also enjoys our national game and can be seen frequently on the side lines of the rugby pitches in Ruthin and Cardiff.
