Sales Team Leader Position Mold

The Role

This a great opportunity for a dynamic individual with a good track record in Estate Agency sales, that can lead and motivate a successful sales team in achieving targets and deliver training and coaching as required.  The role will also entail deputising for the Sales Manager when necessary.

You will be expected to undertake sales negotiator duties as well as leading the team, so will be required to demonstrate a track record of generating revenue opportunities including sales, leads and referrals to third parties.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team performance through monthly KPI reviews and quarterly appraisals, to ensure targets are achieved for generating viewings, market appraisals, sales and professional referrals
• Managing the sales team’s activities effectively, providing leadership and guidance to resolve any issues relating to complex sales and complaints, and support as required by handling sales and communications
• Ensure sales team is fully trained on and compliant with all current regulatory and legislative requirements and company policies, in particular Money Laundering requirements and Data Protection
• Conduct staff training and development as required, including performance management needs identified by KPI’s
• Administration & management of the sales team holidays, sickness absence, time sheets and referral incentive remuneration
• Ensure the sales team manage sales activities are managed according to company standards, with attention to timescales, accuracy and completeness
• Work as part of the sales team arranging viewings & market appraisals, agreeing & managing sales progression working to appropriate sales team targets
