Add to this that it’s mainly serious buyers on the hunt as opposed to window shoppers, well it stands to reason that your property will have a better chance of a quick sale.

No.2 • Rightmove reported the busiest day of the year is Boxing Day with over 1.3 million visits to the site… people are certainly looking for a fresh start.

No. 3 • A new year really does hold a host of opportunities and new starts with a house move being at the top of many peoples’ wish list. Strike while the iron is hot!
