You talked and we listened…
We’ve always known that it’s essential to ‘move with the times’ in the estate agency industry. When we started back in 1993, we wanted to break the mould in the industry and do things differently. As local, independent estate agents, we wanted to offer a more personal service. Our ethos has not changed – to us, it’s personal – but the way we do it has.
We recently undertook a consumer survey to see what you wanted in your estate agent and how you wanted it to work. With the rise of online agents which offer very little human contact, we wanted to be the antidote – real people offering real solutions. The results of the survey showed that there was still a need for local high street branches but whereas it had once been more of a shop and showcase of properties, it was now valued as a place to meet and discuss requirements.
This feedback has shaped the way we are doing things at Cavendish. We have already started the implementation process by creating a unique property hub in Chester which combines Sales & Lettings. It’s more of a friendly place to come and talk to us about what you are looking for and how we can help.
