Cavendish Residential sweeps the board at the British Property Awards – Winning FIVE Gold Medals!

Award Winning Estate Agents, Cavendish Residential picked up eight separate accolades at this year’s British Property Awards. Some of the team travelled down to London September 2016 to attend one of the biggest, annual events in the estate agency calendar and was delighted to come away with no less than eight awards.

We were recognised for its outstanding professional services, our Chester Branch won gold for Chester; the Hawarden branch winning gold for Flintshire and the Ruthin with gold for Denbighshire. Ellesmere Port and Little Sutton offices proudly attained gold in their area categories as well.

On a national level, our Chester Branch picked up a Silver Award for best agency in the North West Region, and our Ruthin Branch spectacularly winning a Silver for the whole of Wales. Speaking about the company’s success, director, Hugh Evans said: “It really was an amazing and humbling evening.
