We value our customers and that shows in everything we do – from our competitive fees that exceed many of our competitors to the detailed ‘do it all for you’ professional service. We know we have something right when the feedback comes in on a daily basis. We never take it for granted and it always makes our day. It’s fabulous to know that our customers value us too!

Every now and again, the feedback really stands out and we feel the need to show it off! It’s a badge of honour and if we are really honest, it means more than any award. So please forgive us if we sound a little boastful but we really wanted show off such lovely comments:

“I just wanted to send you an email to thank you, your team and especially Gill for all your excellent, faultless and thoroughly supportive service you have provided me with since October when I (thankfully) left my previous estate agents and opted to advertise with yourselves. 

From the moment you took over the needs of my property were placed at the centre and the advice you gave me encouraged and ignited immediate viewings and interest, something I hadn’t had for months previous to our contact. 

I then, very quickly received an offer and Gill took over the negotiations. I don’t think any sale is easy, yet the careful advice and kindness from Gill guided me with every step and helped me with each stage.
