It’s been a busy few months here at Cavendish what with winning the Gold Award for Best Estate Agency in Chester, Flintshire, Denbighshire and Ellesmere Port! It’s confirmation from industry experts that what we are doing is consistently right! But of course, nothing says ‘job well done’ better than a SALE AGREED sign and well, this month has been extremely positive with many quick sales and stress free completions.
Have you seen the new signs for Cavendish Estate Agents? Well, if you have (and it’s hard to miss the shot of ‘stand out from the crowd’ yellow), you’ll have also seen an awful lot of Sale Agreed signs too! We’ve definitely been keeping our Sale Board contractors busy as no sooner have we changed to the new design, they are then returning with the SOLD!!
Of course, the new signs are part of much bigger and better improvements at Cavendish… we’ve overhauled our website, defined our brand and are in the middle of renovating some of our offices.
It’s an exciting time for us as we grow from strength to strength with the main people to benefit being you, our very valued customer.
