Cavendish were extremely professional and competent from the start. The experience and knowledge that Hugh brought to bear in bringing our property to market was exceptional. The advertising, in particular, the quality of the photographs were of the highest standard. And the office support during the actual sale phase was very personal and all the administration work was carried out very efficiently. This level of service was achieved with some unusual circumstances such as the start of the world wide pandemic and that our eventual buyers were based in France. Despite the difficulties posed, the team progressed the sale with great professionalism to a very positive outcome for all involved. This is the second time that I have employed Cavendish and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again
