The British Property Awards independently assess estate agents against a set of 25 criteria looking at all aspects of the buying and selling process, which potential customers may not know about when they are making the first step onto the market. The Best Estate Agent Chester award takes into account many factors from customer service, price, marketing strategies, availability and the sales process.
