Julian Adams and his fellow partners founded Cavendish Residential in 1993.
Today we catch up with him at his home in Poulton, accompanied by Gordon, the Labradoodle
- Where do you currently live? I’ve lived in the Chester area all my life. I currently live in a community of 8 barn conversions in Poulton.
- What is your favourite type of property? I’ve always had a thing for 1930s semis and the fact that the basic design can vary so much. We’ve sold some lovely 30s semis which have been extended and are great examples of old meets new.
- Other than Chester where would you like to live? The Llyn Peninsular. Preferably with a sea view and a nearby beach
- What was your first job? Flipping Hamburgers in an Australian takeaway (It was called Hartees Hamburgers).
- What made you start Cavendish? As a lifelong estate agent, I just wanted to run my own business.
- Tea or coffee? Tea with milk or coffee if it’s before 11 and it’s not instant! Thank you very much!
