Hugh Evans BSc, MRICS, FNAEA, MARLA – is a chartered surveyor and licenced valuer who has been practising in North East Wales and particularly the Vale of Clwyd for over 32 years where he is highly regarded for his wealth of experience.

Hugh joined the partnership in 1998 and deals with all aspect of residential sales mostly in the very busy Mold and Ruthin branches. A native of Mold, Hugh and his family have lived in Ruthin for the last 28 years.

He enjoys going to the theatre, walking his dogs and whilst not particularly noted for his sporting prowess he is an enthusiastic sea kayaker in calm waters!!
