James Mathieson, Senior Sales Negotiator at our Cavendish Mold branch, has been working hard to complete his Level 3 Property Mark Qualification – ‘The sale of residential property’ and has recently passed with flying colours. This qualification builds on James’ existing knowledge but covers Law Relating to Residential Property Sales, Property Appraisals and shares great practice.
